Operations Director

On behalf of our Client, we are seeking an Operations Director to join their Berlin Gallery. The successful candidate will oversee the direction and development of the gallery, including operative and strategic direction of the gallery. Additionally, the candidate shall manage the definition of working standards, maintain a continuous information transfer and coordination between the gallerists, team leaders and staff. The candidate shall also have shared responsibility with the head of finance for development, implementation and control of the gallery’s financial controlling tools for costs and revenues. They shall additionally manage human resources including disciplinary management, recruitment and development of the team’s structure. The ideal candidate will have excellent experience in gallery operations and be fluent in German.

We are seeking a Director of Fine Jewellery and Timepieces to join a fine art auction house in Chicago. The Director will be responsible for generating consignments for auctions, evaluating, authenticating, negotiating and selecting property for each auction.
