We are seeking an experienced and highly competent Senior Studio Assistant and Facilities Manager to join the London studio of a high-profile artist. As Studio Assistant, this position will involve working closely alongside the artist, providing technical, problem-solving and project-management support in the production of artworks, as well as coordinating the installation of studio shows. Responsibilities will also include overseeing collection and delivery of works, suppliers and purchase of materials and maintaining a database of artworks. As Facilities Manager, the position will manage the studio and other premises, studio resources and systems, and in-house storage, as well as overseeing all external contractors and suppliers.

On behalf of our client, a gallery specialising in 20th Century and contemporary fine art, we are seeking a Gallery Operations Manager to oversee the operation of all gallery activities at their west London location. Managing the day-to-day running of the gallery, responsibilities will include client development and sales, overseeing exhibitions, collaborations and gallery publications, and publicity and marketing. The position will also be responsible for overseeing pre- and post-sale services and maintaining and developing the gallery website and database. The successful candidate will be highly presentable, reliable, proactive and efficient, with a high level of communication and computer skills.
