Registrar

On behalf of our Client, we are seeking an experienced Registrar to join a renowned Gallery in London. The successful candidate will be the main point of contact for the collection, delivery and storage of artworks, as well as items owned by the gallery and is to be well versed on all customs issues. Within this role, the candidate will be responsible for deliveries including client liaison, customs documentation and overseeing loan agreements and returns of art work. Additionally, they shall maintain certificates of authenticity, update the image archive and oversee standards of packing and storage of artworks. On behalf of our Client, we are seeking a Head of Grants, Trusts and Foundations to work within an internationally renowned Museum. The successful candidate will work closely with the Director of Development and the fundraising team to contribute to the preparation of the overall Development Strategy, with an emphasis on the Grants, Trusts and Foundations aspects of the strategy. They shall also prepare all Arts Council England and other statutory funding bids as well as preparing researching and briefing materials for use by the Director of Development. Within this role, the candidate shall maintain all ongoing relationships with Arts Council England as well as national and local governments. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in fundraising from trusts and foundations, with extensive experience in drafting funding bids, evaluation reports and project budgets.
