Assistant/Office Manager

We are currently seeking an Assistant/Office Manager for an internationally respected private art Dealer and Curator, focusing on Post-War American Art. The candidate will provide comprehensive office support to our client, based in Chelsea, including; travel and diary management, invoicing, shipping, conservation, framing and database management. Additionally, the role will involve historical research on paintings, collectors and exhibitions and call for assistance during client viewings and as such, we are seeking someone with an art historical educational background. The successful candidate should also have a familiarity with Artbase and ideally prior experience within commercial galleries or dealerships.
