Galleries and Dealers

On behalf of our Client, an international Blue Chip Gallery we are seeking a Bookkeeper to join the New York Gallery. The successful candidate will manage the day-to-day admin for the accounts department, support the Management Account and the Gallery Manager. They will process purchase invoices, record daily bank transactions and prepare payments for weekly payment run. The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage a busy personal workload, have excellent accuracy and relevant experience in a similar role. The role will initially be for a three-month contract on a part-time basis.
