Administrative Assistant, New York (Remote)
Our client, a growing collection management and consulting agency, is looking for a part-time Administrative Assistant who can handle Bookkeeping (Xerox or Quickbooks). This candidate will be working directly with the founder of the agency, assisting with all administrative duties needed (calendar management, email & phone correspondences, attending meetings on behalf of the owner, etc.) and must have an understanding of excel and bookkeeping management. The successful candidate will have the ability to grow into a more focused role within the agency over time. This role will be remote, with the candidate expected to attend in-person meetings in NYC.
