Collections Manager (Maternity Cover), Independent Art Advisory, London
Our client, an independent art advisory based in London, is looking for a Collections Manager for a 12-month fixed-term contract, covering a maternity leave. As Collections Manager, the successful candidate will oversee a multitude of operational responsibilities, including coordination of restoration projects, shipments, estimates, invoices and client reports, acquisitions, insurance, and management of their internal databases. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of bidding and auction processes, come with at least 4-5 years of experience, and possess strong organisational and communication skills. They should highly value confidentiality and discretion and be happy to work within a small team.
