Our client, a non-profit organisation focusing on a monumental public project to create six site-specific artworks engaging unique ecological settings, is seeking an entrepreneurial, motivated and passionate individual to serve as the full-time, permanent Director of the Foundation for their London team. The Director will provide overall leadership and general operational management to the Foundation, with responsibilities including the planning and execution of site specific art installations, programme planning, fundraising, audience development, strategic planning and execution, marketing/advertising, external and community relations, volunteer and personnel management and financial organization. Specifically, this person will develop relationships with institutional partners, foundations, schools, donors and corporate sponsors and will manage grant research, writing and submissions while identifying new earned and unearned revenue streams. This person will have proven experience in navigating complex relationships, engaging important stakeholders, thinking innovatively, and solving problems creatively. Candidates with 2+ years’ experience in leadership roles within the corporate or non-profit sectors with a proven track-record of success and sustainability in those roles are encouraged to apply.
