EA to Owner, Gallery, New York
Our client, an international blue-chip gallery, is seeking an Executive Assistant to the Owner to join their New York team. The successful candidate will provide professional and personal support to the Owner, including managing the Owner’s calendar and meetings, coordinating travel and related itineraries, event planning for client and artist dinners, assistance with sales related activities, and possible travel with the Owner to art fairs for support on site. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with a proactive approach, and a high level of attention to detail and discretion. Candidates with two or more years’ experience with an art gallery, auction house, or museum are invited to apply.
