EA to Owner, Gallery, New York
Our client, a blue chip gallery in New York, is looking to hire an Executive Assistant to Owner. The EA will be responsible for maintaining the owner’s schedule, organizing travel, managing correspondence, sending client offers, developing sales PDFs, providing project management assistance, and coordinating with other members of the gallery team. Candidates must have prior experience supporting a senior-level individual, a high level of polish and discretion, and impeccable communications skills. Candidates must also have 3-5 years of prior work experience and an interest in the art world.
