HR Manager, Gallery, London
Our client, an international blue-chip gallery, is seeking a HR Manager to join their team in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all HR functions to develop and implement policies, programs, processes, and employee engagement opportunities whilst establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with all staff. Alongside this the HR Manager will organise recruiting processes, prepare job descriptions and background checks and action onboarding processes. They will act as point of contact for employee relations and will be preparing written performance documentation, so immaculate written and verbal communication skills are essential. The ideal candidate will have 3 or more years’ experience in a similar role and knowledge of UK, EU and APAC employment regulations and procedures.
