Our client a blue chip gallery in London is seeking a Sales Art Fair Administrator to join their team. Working closely with the Art Fairs Coordinator, the successful candidate will assist with the organisation and planning of art fairs and help gather content for Sales digital materials. The Sales Art Fair Administrator will support in the scheduling and preparation for annual art fair strategy and concept meetings, maintain art work lists, assist with confirming sales prices and develop long term organisational strategies within the team to ensure all staff are kept up to date with art fair lists, concepts and actions. The ideal person will be an extremely well organised and confident using sketch up and powerpoint to create mock-ups and theme presentations for fair booths.
