Director of Marketing and Audience Development
Our client, a leading contemporary art museum in Los Angeles, is seeking a Director of Marketing and Audience Development to lead audience growth and engagement during an exciting period of expansion. This senior leadership role will oversee the museum’s marketing and communications strategy, driving ambitious attendance and revenue goals while deepening relationships with a broad and diverse visitor base. The ideal candidate will bring significant experience across audience development, brand strategy, lifecycle marketing, CRM and digital platforms, alongside a genuinely inventive approach to reaching new audiences and cultivating long-term loyalty. Working across both strategic and operational functions, the successful candidate will be a collaborative and emotionally intelligent leader with strong team management experience, excellent communication skills, and a deep knowledge of contemporary art and culture.
