Advisor, Art Advisory, Paris
Our client, an established Art Advisory, is seeking an Advisor to join their team in Paris. The successful candidate will support and guide collectors in the acquisition and divestment of artworks, with a particular focus on the post-war and contemporary market at the six-figure-plus level. This role requires strong market intelligence, commercial acumen, and the ability to identify and secure high-value opportunities on behalf of clients. Responsibilities include cultivating and expanding a robust network of collectors, galleries, auction houses, and industry contacts across Europe and the United Kingdom; attending and actively engaging in key art market events; and developing initiatives that strengthen the Advisory’s reputation and visibility within the market. The ideal candidate will combine solid art historical knowledge with demonstrable experience advising clients at a senior level, building trusted relationships, and operating confidently within the upper tiers of the market. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. Candidates with 5+ years’ experience within a gallery, auction house, or similar environment are encouraged to apply.
