Associate, Art Advisory, New York
Our client, an international art advisory, is looking for an Associate to join their team in New York. The Associate will provide essential support to the Advisory’s Commercial Director, Directors, and Partners, with responsibilities including the production of research and advisory materials for clients; supporting the day-to-day organization and administration of the Advisory; valuing artworks and writing valuations internally and for clients; monitoring the auction, gallery, and art fair calendars globally to keep the team abreast of relevant events; uploading artworks into the company database and ensuring the accuracy of records; producing artwork mock-ups for clients; and work on special projects. The ideal candidate will have a basic knowledge of art history and the art market, with a meticulous attention to detail, adaptable attitude, and ability to be self-directed.
