Our client, an arts non-profit, is looking for a Finance Manager to join their team 2 days a week. The successful candidate will work with the Executive Director to build budgets for the organisation and its projects; provide timely month-end account management and cash flow projections; produce financial reports as required to inform decision making; ensure correct charity fund accounting practices; manage relationships with external financial advisors; develop and standardise finance forms, paperwork, and reports for efficiency; support the fundraising team by developing accurate budget forecasts; set up budgets for new grant funded programmes in line with grant requirements; and stay up-to-date with tax compliance including VAT, PAYE, and other relevant tax legislation, among other duties. Candidates with a strong working knowledge of charity accounting, experience with accounting software like XERO and/or Quickbooks; excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and who are a fully or part-qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA accountant are invited to apply.
