Our client, an Art Logistics Company, is seeking a Fine Art Export Coordinator to join their team in London. The successful candidate will manage the safe, compliant, and efficient export of artworks, antiques, and interior design pieces to international destinations. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing export documentation; coordinating shipments by air, courier, road, and sea freight; ensuring compliance with customs and trade regulations; liaising with clients, galleries, and freight partners; and maintaining accurate shipment records, among other duties. Candidates with 2 to 3 years’ experience in logistics or fine art shipping, a strong knowledge of export regulations and customs procedures, and excellent organisational and communication skills are invited to apply.
