Our client, an Art Foundation, is looking for a Head of Programmes to join their team. The successful candidate will work closely with the Director and wider team to shape, develop, and deliver the Foundation’s programmes; take an active role in the senior leadership team, helping to ensure alignment across all areas of the organisation; lead and line manage team members to deliver programming, partnerships, and digital platforms; build and maintain relationships within the arts ecosystem, including with curators, artists, writers, and others; and oversee all communications related to programming in collaboration with other team members and partners, among other duties. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, confidence operating within the global arts ecosystem, and demonstrable experience in public programmes planning  and delivery. Candidates with 7+ years of experience in arts, cultural programming, or another relevant field, including at least 3 years of leadership experience, are invited to apply. Candidates who speak Mandarin and/or Cantonese, and who have a strong understanding of the Chinese/ Sinophone/ Asian diasporic cultural context are preferred.
