Office Assistant, Artist Studio, New York
Our client, an Artist Studio, is seeking an Office Assistant to join their team in New York. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to office and studio leadership, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel; supporting special projects and broader operational needs; tracking invoices and preparing expense reports; assisting the registrar with database management and record maintenance; supporting reporting and documentation related to artworks and studio activities; updating the website and preparing documents, presentations, and visual materials using Adobe Creative Suite; and offering occasional hands-on assistance within the studio as needed. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational and time-management skills, exceptional attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. Applicants with 2–3 years of experience in a similar role are encouraged to apply, and proficiency in QuickBooks along with a working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is preferred. Salary is commensurate with experience.
