Our client, a contemporary gallery, is looking for a Sales Director to join their team. The successful candidate will drive sales growth and client development alongside the gallery’s Executive Director, with a focus on expanding the gallery’s collector base. Key responsibilities will include developing sales strategies and driving revenue; maintaining and developing client relationships and the gallery’s collector base; and expanding the gallery’s international presence and building strategic relationships with museums and institutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong network of collectors and other art market professionals, and exceptional sales and negotiation abilities. Candidates with 7-10+ years’ experience in contemporary art sales and English fluency are invited to apply. Candidates with a working knowledge of Italian are preferred.
