Our client, an Artist Studio in London, is seeking a Studio Coordinator to provide senior-level administrative support to the Directors and Artist across all studio operations and projects, including managing diaries, coordinating internal and external meetings, and organising travel arrangements and logistics; supporting day-to-day studio operations and ensuring seamless internal communication by liaising with the studio team; maintaining and updating the studio database; assisting with special operational projects such as IT systems, inventory audits, and website developments; supporting the after-sales process, including shipping and related matters in collaboration with team members; overseeing registrar duties by managing relationships with shippers and documenting artwork movement in the studio’s database; planning and executing studio events; and assisting with project and exhibition planning, among other duties. The ideal candidate will be a highly organised, strategic thinker with excellent written and verbal communication skills and an outgoing, proactive, and confident nature. Candidates with 2–3+ years’ experience in an Executive Assistant, Project Coordinator, or similar senior support role, ideally within the art world, are invited to apply.
