Executive Director, New York
Our client, a non-profit organisation based in New York City, is seeking an Executive Director to lead the organisation through an important period of growth and institutional development. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Executive Director will oversee strategic operations, fundraising, financial management, and organisational leadership, working closely with the Chief Curator to support an ambitious programme and long-term vision. The successful candidate will be an experienced and collaborative leader with a strong track record in fundraising, team management, and building sustainable organisational structures within the visual arts sector. This role will suit someone with deep connections across the cultural community, strong financial and operational acumen, and the ability to confidently represent the organisation across donor, board, artist, and public-facing relationships as the institution enters its next phase of expansion.
