Finance & Operations Manager, Part-time, London
Our client is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Finance & Operations Manager to oversee the financial administration and day-to-day operations of a contemporary commercial gallery. Working closely with the Gallery Owner and external accountants, this part-time position (24 hours per week across 3 or 4 days) will manage bookkeeping, artist accounting, financial reporting and operational processes, while supporting exhibitions, art fairs and wider business planning. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years’ experience in finance, bookkeeping or arts administration, strong knowledge of Xero and excellent reporting skills. Previous experience within a commercial gallery, auction house or creative business is highly desirable. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership of financial operations within a collaborative, fast-paced gallery environment.
