Our client, a leading contemporary art gallery, is seeking a highly organised and discreet Personal Assistant / Associate, CEO Office to provide comprehensive support to the CEO and Associate Director, CEO Office. Combining executive assistance, relationship management, project coordination and personal administration, this role will act as a key liaison across the organisation, ensuring the smooth flow of communication, priorities and strategic initiatives. Responsibilities include diary and travel management, artist and client relationship support, event coordination, property and household administration, and confidential personal matters. The successful candidate will bring 2–5 years’ experience supporting senior leaders within the arts, luxury, cultural or professional services sectors, alongside exceptional organisational skills, sound judgement, strong interpersonal abilities and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
