Research and Programs Assistant, Cold Spring, NY
Our client, a leading museum based in Cold Spring, NY, is seeking a Research and Programs Assistant to work closely with the Director across the development and delivery of the museum’s research initiatives, exhibitions, publications and public programs. This varied role will contribute across the Research Center and Library, exhibition development, programming and external relations, combining strong research and organisational skills with an interest in scholarly and curatorial work. The successful candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented and confident managing multiple priorities, with a degree in Art History, Museum Studies, Italian Studies or a related field. An interest in postwar and contemporary Italian art is highly desirable, while Italian language skills and experience with archives, libraries or scholarly publishing would be advantageous. This is an on-site position based in Cold Spring, NY.
